Annual Registration Fee

An annual, non-refundable registration fee of $57 per student is payable upon enrolment and each calendar year thereafter. This covers:

- Dancesurrance Australia Dance & Performing Arts Accident Scheme Student Cover

- One Music Licensing fees

- Annual administration costs

Fees and Payment

Ferocity Dance Centre is a cash-free premise. All registration and tuition payments must be made monthly online via credit card only. No other payment methods are accepted.

All fees, including registration, tuition, and other charges, are non-refundable.

Student Tuition is distributed over 11 equal monthly instalments for 4 school terms (40 weeks), payable on the 1st of each month from February 1st to December 1st, 2026. Adults Class tuition is distributed over 12 months and includes (44 weeks).

You must keep an active credit card on file with available funds. If payment is not received within 14 days, a reminder will be sent. If fees remain unpaid after 15 days, a $15 late fee will be applied (one late fee per month). If fees are still outstanding after 21 days, the student will not be permitted to participate in class until all outstanding fees are paid.

Enrolment Terms

1. Monthly payments are ongoing. Written notice is required for any change, pause, or withdrawal from enrolment. Written notice must be provided by submitting the relevant online form (pause, departure, or change of enrolment). If you cannot access the form, you may email [email protected].

2. By enrolling, you commit to your selected program for the full 2026 season (ending December 19, 2026), unless you withdraw within the 28-day cooling-off period. If you withdraw within your first 28 days, written notice is required and all future payments will be cancelled. After 28 days, early withdrawal will incur a $100 exit fee per student.

3. If you wish to add, drop or change classes for the following term, you must submit a change of enrolment form.

4. Any products/services already received (such as tuition, uniforms, or costumes) will remain payable if you withdraw or exit early.

5. The insurance levy is included in the annual registration fee. It is non-refundable if a student withdraws at any time during January–December 2026.

6. By enrolling, you agree to all studio Guidelines and Policies as outlined in the 2026 Information Pack and Student Handbook.

7. Ferocity Dance Centre and its instructors are not liable for personal injuries or loss/damage to personal property to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian/student to ensure fitness for participation. Parents/guardians must inform Ferocity Dance Centre in writing of any physical or mental disability or additional needs at the time of enrolment and on the medical section of the enrolment form, so appropriate support can be provided.

9. If you have any doubts as to your/your child’s physical ability, consult a physician before participating. Each student has the right to decline participation in any activity.

10. Photographing, filming, or repeating any part of the dance class or choreography is prohibited unless prior permission is given by Ferocity Dance Centre or its instructors. Filming other students is not permitted without prior consent.

11. By enrolling, you authorise Ferocity Dance Centre to use you/your child’s image or video for marketing purposes, both online and in print. If you wish to opt out, you may do so on the enrolment form; however, please note that participation in concerts and group events may require inclusion in photography/video for operational and community reasons. We strive to be inclusive, and it can be challenging to exclude individuals from group media.

12. You agree to the dress code as published in the Student Handbook and will ensure correct uniform and footwear for class.

13. You agree to the attendance policy as outlined in the Student Handbook and will notify the school in advance if absent.

14. You have viewed the timetable and selected the classes in which you wish to enrol yourself/your child for 2026.

15. You agree to keep card details on file for monthly direct debits and acknowledge that card information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

16. You have filled out all sections of the Enrolment Form before submitting it.

17. Upon completion/submission of your enrolment form, Ferocity Dance Centre will deduct the first and subsequent monthly tuition payments on the 1st of each month.
