EVOLVE PROGRAM

Our Evolve program provides a wide range of physical, social, and emotional benefits for children 11-12 years.

It can also be a fun and engaging activity that helps children stay active and healthy as they grow and develop as well as an enjoyable way for them to to release stress and unwind after a long day at school or during times of high stress.

Our classes for this age are designed to improve overall physical fitness, including cardiovascular health, muscle strength, flexibility, endurance, Coordination and balance. Students will also gain better social skills by working in groups or pairs, developing things such as communication, cooperation, and teamwork. 

One of our values is fearless authenticity and we have many exercises and games to help children find and develop their authentic selves, enabling them to express their feelings, thoughts and beliefs through movement, and allowing them to express themselves creatively and emotionally.

Ultimately Students gain confidence in their abilities and feel more comfortable performing and showing up in front of others.

Note 45 minute classes are $15-$22 depending on the membership, higher membership equals greater savings.

Join your chosen classes for your first four weeks. Experience everything we have to offer our teaching, our community, and our unique approach. If you attend all four weeks and find that Ferocity isn’t the right fit, just let us know in writing before your 28 days are up. We’ll cancel your membership with no further fees or commitment. After the 28 days, your enrolment continues for the rest of the year as a monthly membership, with your spot reserved and ongoing payments as per our standard contract. We believe it takes more than one class to truly feel at home, and we want every family to feel confident in their choice.
